The Maryland Cannabis Industry Association (MDCIA) is a professional trade association advocating for laws, regulations and public policies that foster a healthy, professional and accountable medical cannabis industry in our state. MDCIA works on the state and local level to advance the interests of future licensed cultivators, infused-products manufacturers and dispensaries, as well as recommending physicians, ancillary businesses, and other key stakeholders in Maryland’s’ legal cannabis industry.
In addition, MDCIA advocates for the broader dissemination of sound academic and medical research on cannabinoid medicine to Maryland’s physicians, nurses and other health care providers.
Finally, MDCIA strives to represent and address the concerns of Maryland’s’ medical cannabis patients and law enforcement organizations.
